We are pleased to offer gift box packaging, personal gift messaging, eGift cards, free returns and order status tracking.

 

Gift Packaging

Gift boxes are offered with most purchases at RalphLauren.ca for C$5 per item. When prompted at checkout, just let us know that you’d like to make your purchase a gift.

Each gift will arrive elegantly presented in our signature navy gift box packaging. Baby Collection gift boxing is in an elegant white box and ribbon. 

Returning gifts can be easily initiated through ralphlauren.ca/returns. Gift recipients who return an item will be issued a eGift Card from RalphLauren.com.

Personalized items cannot be returned.

 

Personal Gift Messaging

If you’ve entered a complimentary gift message at checkout, we will print your personal message on a card that is packed with your gift, as well as a receipt (excluding pricing information), that allows for easy returns.

 

eGift Cards

Send one of our eGift cards, which will be delivered to the recipient via email within one hour after purchase, or on a specific date for a perfectly timed delivery.
