- “N. East[ and crossed tennis racquets embroidered at the left chest. Chain-stitched “Polo RL” embroidery at the right pocket. Two front waist angled pockets. Interior left waist pocket.
- Chenille patches spelling out “Northeast Racquet Club” and chain-stitched “Polo” embroidery at the center back. Patches of crossed tennis racquets and a tennis ball at the center back.
