This bucket hat’s patchwork design is constructed using multiple colors of British Millerain® oilcloth that were custom-developed for Polo Ralph Lauren. The fabric is woven from cotton and coated with a layer of wax, rather than oil, as the name implies. Visible mending and hand-stitched repairs lend this style the look of a timeworn classic.
