The Polo coat is named for its popularity among English polo players who would warm up in the garment between matches. Our version maintains iconic details such as the double-breasted silhouette and belted back, while elevating it with expert Italian craftsmanship. Its herringbone wool tweed was custom-woven by Ireland’s Magee 1866 mill, which has been a Ralph Lauren partner for more than 50 years.

- Size 40R has a 46.25" front body length, a 46" back body length, and a 19.25" shoulder.
- Peak lapels. Buttonhole each lapel. Double-breasted silhouette.
- Long sleeves with gauntlet cuffs.
- Left chest flapped pocket. Two front waist flapped pockets. Two interior chest pockets.
- Buttoned belt detail at the back waist. Single vent. Fully lined.
- Shell and undercollar: 100% wool. Body lining: 51% cotton, 49% viscose. Sleeve lining: 100% viscose. Dry clean. Made in Italy.
- Due to the natural characteristics of this material, the coloring may rub off onto fabrics and upholstery.
