This romantic V-neck blouse unites airy, semi-sheer chiffon with cascading ruffles and painterly florals.

    • Size medium has a 24" body length and a 33" sleeve length. Body length and sleeve length are taken from the center back of the neck. Sleeve length changes 0.75" between sizes.
