A tonal paisley motif and blouson sleeves define the elegant appeal of this tie-neck dress, which pairs a tiered skirt with crinkle georgette for graceful movement with each step.

Product Details
Details- A-line silhouette. Intended to hit above the ankle.
- Size Petite 8 has a 52.5" body length and a 29" sleeve length. Dress length is taken from the center back of the neck and changes 0.5" between sizes. Sleeve length changes less than 0.25" between sizes.
- Split neckline with self-ties. Pull-on styling.
- Long blouson sleeves with elasticized cuffs. Raglan sleeves. Shirring into the cuffs and raglan seams.
- Elasticized smocked waist. Tiered skirt. Ruffled flounce inset at one of the tier seams. Shirring into the waist and tier seams.
- Fully lined except for the sleeves.
- Shell and lining: 100% polyester.
