Crafted from crinkle georgette, this tie-neck blouse features cascading ruffles, blouson sleeves, and a painterly motif of hydrangeas against a deep navy blue ground.

Details- Relaxed fit. Intended to hit at the lower hip.
- Size Petite medium has a 22.5" body length and a 28.5" sleeve length. Body length is taken from the center back of the neck. Sleeve length changes 0.5" between sizes.
- Ruffle-trimmed split neckline with self-ties. Pull-on styling.
- Long raglan blouson sleeves with elasticized cuffs. Ruffle trim inset at the raglan seams and sleeves. Shirring at the neckline and cuffs.
- Shirttail hem.
- Fully lined except for the sleeves.
- Shell and lining: 100% polyester.
- Machine washable or dry clean.
